Shape, colour and skin type, plus anything medical that might affect healing.

The shape is measured and drawn on. You approve it in the mirror before anything starts.

Numbing throughout, with plenty of time so nothing is rushed.

Does it hurt?
A numbing cream is used throughout. Most clients feel only mild discomfort.
How long does it last?
It varies with skin type and lifestyle. Saida will talk you through what to expect for your skin at your consultation.
Do I need a touch-up?
Yes, once. A touch-up 1–3 months after your first treatment (£60) perfects the colour and shape. After that you only need an annual refresh every 12–18 months (£140) to keep your eyeliner looking fresh. Touch-ups are not included in the treatment price.
Can I wear contact lenses?
Remove them for the treatment and wait until the area has settled before wearing them again.
Can anyone have it?
Most people can. It is not done during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and some eye conditions need checking first. Mention anything relevant at your consultation.

Looking after your results
You will get full written aftercare on the day. The basics:
- —Keep the area dry and clean, and avoid eye makeup while it heals.
- —No contact lenses, saunas or swimming for the first days.
- —Do not rub or pick the eyelid area.
- —Use only the aftercare you are given, as directed.
